However, our factory has a 60L manufacturing kettle, which means we can produce about 200 bottles of 300ml shampoo. Furthermore, with 60L, it is possible to produce two different sizes of products. For example, you can order 60L split into two types: 300mL × 100 bottles (30L) and 1L professional-use × 30 bottles (30L).

Decide on the Product

If you have a model product, please lend us the physical product and a list of all ingredients. We will try to get as close to the model product as possible, but since we have ingredients that we have and ingredients that we do not have, we will adjust with alternative raw materials for the ingredients we do not possess.

Decide on the Product Name (for sale)

It is necessary to register a product name for the manufacturing of cosmetics. Please consult with your representative to decide, as some product names may not be accepted upon application.

Decide on the Container and Volume

You will select the volume, including retail and professional-use sizes, and the corresponding container.

Decide on the Price and Distributor

The back label will also be created with the decided product name. The price can be freely set. Furthermore, while our company will be the manufacturer/distributor, your company can be listed as the seller.

We will create a design based on the data you provide and have you confirm the container and design combined in a composite image.

Quotation Creation

At the final stage of deciding the contents, container, and design (label), we will provide a unit price quotation for each size. You may decide the retail fixed price based on this quotation.

The batch size can be divided into 2 sizes for 60L, 3 sizes for 90L, and 4 sizes for 120L. The total cost will change depending on the number of bottles allocated to each size.

We primarily manufacture products for hair salons, so please consider the quality to be salon-exclusive level.

Q. How long does it take from ordering to completion?

For original formulations, it takes about 1 to 2 months, which varies depending on the factory's congestion. If the container delivery time takes longer, it may take even more time, so please consult with our representative to set a schedule.

Q. How much can I sell it for?

Since it will be your original product, you can freely decide the fixed price yourself.
