OEM for Small Lots
While many associate OEM with large-scale production and extensive inventory, our factory operates a 60L production kettle where we can make about 200 bottles of 300ml shampoo at a time. Furthermore, we can produce two sizes of a product from a single 60L batch. For example, you can order 100 bottles at 300mL (30L) and 30 bottles at 1L for use at the salon (30L).

Customers can use their original labels on orders of 48 bottles or more for specific products such as shampoo, treatment, styling products, skincare, etc. This option is ideal for individuals seeking to create original products on a limited budget, those aiming for swift commercialization using pre-verified formulas, and those interested in developing multiple products with modest budgets.

1. The customer decides what goes into the formula. While there is a limit to what we can do, but we strive to meet a variety of requests.
2. The customer will choose the container. As the lot size depends on the specifications, kindly discuss your preferences with your dedicated manager before making a decision.
3. Customers are free to design bottle labels or the design printed on the container. We'll provide details about the printing area so customers can create their own designs. Simple design patterns are also available.
Choosing a Product
If a model product is available, we will borrow both the physical product and any product that contains all of the ingredients. While we strive to recreate the model product as accurately as possible, there may be instances where we lack certain ingredients. In such cases, we'll make adjustments using suitable substitute ingredients.
Choose a Brand Name (Product Name)
In order to manufacture cosmetics, you must file a brand name. Depending on the content of the brand name, the application may not be accepted. Please make a decision after consulting with your dedicated manager.
Choose a Container/Capacity
Choose the container capacity, whether it's for retail or use at the business, and the corresponding container.
Choose the Price/Distributor
The product's back label will display the chosen product name and customers can set the price. While we are listed as the manufacturer, customers can set their company as the distributor.
Choose a Front Label
Customers can create an original design for the front label as well.
Review the Design
We'll generate a design based on the data provided, and you'll review the design on the container through a composite image.
Prepare a Product Quote
We will provide a unit price estimate for each size at the final stage of content, container, and design (label). Customers may use this estimate to determine the final retail price.
Official Order
Two sizes are available for 60L, three sizes for 90L, and four sizes for 120L. The total amount will vary depending on the number of items to be distributed.
