I want everyone to be happy, whether they're individuals or corporations.

In my twenties, I wandered across the American continent, experiencing firsthand diverse races, religions, climates, and cultures.
What emerged from that experience is the concept of Happiness, which has become both our company name and our management philosophy.
We wish happiness for everyone involved with our company, whether individuals or corporations.
I want our hairstylists, our salons, our valued customers who visit them, and the manufacturers who supply our company with raw materials to all find happiness.
And so, I intend to strive with all my strength, however small, to expand and reproduce this happiness, hoping this circle of happiness will spread throughout Japan and the world.
